About FAITH

International Sport Sciences Association (CPT)

Currently playing professional soccer with FC Zürich in Switzerland, I grew up in southern Rhode Island as a multi-sport athlete playing soccer, basketball, and softball — experiences that shaped how I view movement, athleticism, and performance today. After earning my degree from the University of Rhode Island while playing Division I soccer, I continued my education and career at Rice University before taking my game overseas professionally.

An injury early in my professional career completely changed my perspective on training and pushed me to better understand how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Since then, my focus has been helping athletes move efficiently, build strong foundations, and understand the “why” behind their training so performance lasts long-term. My coaching philosophy is centered around developing complete athletes — athletes who move fluidly and can perform confidently in any environment.

I first interned under Anthony at Island Athletics in 2024. Working alongside him helped shape the way I view performance training and motivated me to continue pursuing coaching and athlete development as a career.

As both a coach and current professional athlete, my goal is to help athletes become more durable, athletic, and connected to their bodies so they can pursue their potential with confidence.

At ATPerformance, I lead the soccer side of the business — helping soccer players improve movement efficiency, speed, durability, and overall athleticism so it translates directly onto the field. My goal is to build complete athletes who not only perform at a high level, but understand how to take care of their body throughout their entire career.

BUILT THROUGH SPORT

Every stage of my career shaped the way I view training today — helping athletes move better, become more athletic, and build performance that lasts.

FC Zurich

2025-Current

Playing professionally with FC Zürich completely changed the way I view training. After dealing with injury overseas, I became passionate about understanding how the body moves, adapts, and heals. That experience shaped my coaching philosophy today.

Rice University

2024

At Rice, my perspective on training and performance continued to evolve. Coming off of my summer internship with Anthony while being around new coaches, teammates, and environments pushed me to think deeper about my athletic development to try and pursue a professional career after my final season.

University of Rhode Island

2021-2024

My time at University of Rhode Island taught me the value of consistency, discipline, and learning how to adapt as the demands of performance continued to increase. Competing at the Division I level pushed me to build habits, resilience, and a stronger understanding of what it truly takes to perform at a high level long term.
