What is ATPERFORMANCE?
ATPerformance is an online and in-person performance training system. We are based out of Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
We help athletes build true athleticism through movement, durability, and performance training. Our approach combines alignment, movement quality, strength, speed, and athletic development to help athletes move with more confidence, reduce compensation patterns, and perform at a higher level in their sport and everyday life.
We begin with foundational movement quality — teaching efficient movement patterns that improves body alignment, muscle activation, and coordination. This creates a stronger base for athletic movements such as cutting, jumping, decelerating, and changing direction.
Once the movement foundation is solid, we progress into speed, agility, and strength work designed to translate directly to the court. This ensures your body can handle rapid demands, maintain control under fatigue, and execute skills at full speed.
This three-step system builds a sustainable path towards movement that creates an efficient, powerful, and pain-free system that enables you to perform with consistency.
