Build The Foundation

ThAt translates to performance

A complete physical development system for serious middle and high school basketball players — guiding athletes and parents from alignment to in-season performance.

Most Young Athletes Are Training On Compensation

Middle school and high school athletes are often:

1. Lifting without understanding alignment

2. Doing speed work with unstable ankles and hip

3. Jumping without learning how to land

4. Training hard — but not training correctly

When the foundation is unstable, performance leaks show up as — tight calves, heavy landings, slow first step, knee pain, low back tension and inconsistent explosiveness

Working harder won’t fix structural leaks, but building the system correctly will.

We Don’t Just Guess & Build Output.

We Assess Then ReBuild the System.

ATPerformance is built around one core belief:

Alignment → Engagement → Performance

Instead of chasing highlight workouts, we:

1. Assess your athlete’s alignment

2. Identify compensation patterns

3. Rebuild foundational strength and control

4. Layer speed and basketball-specific explosiveness

5. Structure in-season performance and recovery

This is long-term development — not a 6-week fix.

The ATPerformance Roadmap

STEP 1 — Free Alignment Assessment

See How You Stack Up

Your athlete uploads simple photos and movement clips to identify structural inefficiencies.

We determine if they are:

• Well-Stacked & Efficient
• Compensating but Functional
• High Compensation & Needing Foundation

STEP 2 — Foundation Phase

If leaks are present, we start with:

  • Ground-Up Foundation

  • Feet & ankle integration

  • Hip-to-rib connection

  • Core stabilization

  • Movement re-education

Goal: Eliminate power leaks before increasing intensity.

When your assessment determines a strong foundation, we move to Step 3.

STEP 3 — Speed & Sport Transfer

Once aligned and integrated, we build:

  • First step explosiveness

  • Deceleration control

  • Elastic strength

  • Sprint mechanics

  • Lateral speed

Speed that actually transfers to your sport.

STEP 4 — Progressive Structure

We continually reassess after every phase, making adjustments as needed.

Each phase comes with

  • Weekly structured plans - Based on where you are

  • Post-game lifts & recovery sessions

  • Follow along videos and educational resources

  • Longevity and consistency throughout your journey

If you score above a 20 on our Alignment Assessment you will be placed into our Step 3 with progressions from there once you complete the first phase.
