OUR TEAM
ATPerformance was built through years of coaching, competing, and learning alongside athletes and coaches at every stage. What started as a coach and intern relationship has grown into a shared mission: helping athletes build performance that lasts.
Anthony and Faith have worked together for the past three years, combining experience from professional sports, collegiate athletics, and performance coaching to create a system that goes beyond workouts. Every program is built around one belief—when athletes understand how their body moves, they train with more confidence, stay healthier, and unlock higher levels of performance.
Today, Anthony leads our basketball performance programs while Faith leads soccer performance, but every athlete follows the same philosophy: Build the foundation first. Then let performance take care of itself.
